FDM Printing
Durable prototypes and production parts printed in PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and engineering polymers.
FDM — fused deposition modeling — is our workhorse process. It's how we make most of the parts that leave our Syracuse facility: jigs, fixtures, replacement components, large-format prototypes, and production runs of original designs.
We run industrial-grade, high-speed machines with heated chambers, which means we can print engineering materials (ASA, polycarbonate blends, carbon-fiber-reinforced nylons) cleanly alongside everyday PLA and PETG. Build volumes up to 390×390mm handle most single-piece work; larger parts are split and bonded with matched material.
FDM is the right call when the part needs to take stress, live outdoors, or come off a machine in meaningful quantity. If you're not sure whether it's a fit for your project, send us a CAD file and we'll scope it with you.
